Payment Calendar
50% is due up front to lock in
your dates. the Other 50% is due 45 days before your arrival.
Damage Deposit
We require a $1,000 refundable damage deposit to protect the house and property.
Payment Method
All payments are processed online via echeck (no added cost) or credit cards (add 3%).

Cleaning Fee
We charge a $600 plus tax cleaning fee to cover all clean up of the house and property.
Pet Fee
There is a $300 pet fee ( plus tax) for bringing your pets to Florida Keys Vacation Villas plus tax on that fee.
Tax Rate
The tax rate of 12.5% is applied to the cost of the rental, cleaning fee (heating swimming pool $400) and pet fees.
