Payment Details
Payment Calendar
50% is due up front to lock in
your dates. the Other 50% is due 45 days before your arrival.
Payment Method
All payments are processed online via echeck (no added cost) or credit cards (add 3%).
Cleaning Fee
We charge a $450 plus tax cleaning fee to cover all clean up of the house and property.
Pet Fee
There is a $250 pet fee for bringing your pets to
Florida Keys Vacation Villas plus tax on that fee.
Damage Deposit
We require a $1,000 refundable damage deposit to protect the house and property.
Tax Rate
The tax rate of 12.5% is applied to the cost of the rental,
cleaning fee and pet fees.

* Weekly minimum doesn't always apply. Less than a week rentals may also be available in summer.
More than 10 Guests may incur an additional fee. Any pets must have all curret veterinarian records and shots sent to us and approval of breed in advance before you can bring a dog.
